Is this licence legal?
Yes. It is a surplus software licence sold under the CJEU Ruling C-128/11, which recognises the right to resell digital software within the European Union. Revolution Soft is a Spanish registered company (S.L.) that issues invoices with 21% VAT.
Is this a Retail or OEM licence?
This is a Retail (FPP) licence, which is transferable: you can deactivate it on one computer and activate it on another unlimited times. If you prefer a licence tied to the motherboard, we also have the OEM version at the same price.
Can I upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11 Pro with this key?
Yes. You can enter the Windows 11 Pro key on a computer running Windows 10 and upgrade directly from Settings → Update & Security → Windows Update, as long as your hardware meets the requirements (TPM 2.0, Secure Boot, UEFI).
Can I reinstall Windows if I format my drive?
Yes. As a Retail licence, it is linked to your key and you can reinstall Windows 11 Pro as many times as you need on the same computer or a different one.
Will I receive Windows Update updates?

Yes. Windows 11 requires TPM 2.0, UEFI with Secure Boot and a compatible 64-bit processor. Most computers manufactured from 2018 onwards meet these requirements. You can check by running the tpm.msc command on your current computer.
