We send legal documentation, as this product is used software, the law establishes 4 conditions:

 

1. The first country of use was within the EU/EEA, or Switzerland.

 

2. The product was fully paid to the copyright owner.

 

3. The product is perpetual without a time limit for its use.

 

4. The product is no longer in use by the first owner.
